Software as a Service

Let us do all the work. Your data and compute resources will be completely siloed from all other agencies in our hosting environment, and right-sized to your needs to minimize costs.

Cloud

We deploy your platform implementation into your cloud environment to meet your agency's IT specifications and policies in terms of compute, storage, and security.

On-Premise

You have ultimate control when deploying the platform to your own servers "on-premise". We will work with your IT department to configure and right-size an environment.

Your environment can be configured to comply with regulatory standards such as HIPAA & CJIS when needed.

Training

During your implementation process, our team will help to configure features, develop forms, and integrate workflows. Additionally, every platform implementation comes with an interactive two hour webinar for your staff led by a Bridgeway expert.. When needed, we can schedule additional remote or in-person training, whether for agency staff, external stakeholders, or both. We can also help develop training materials such as targeted user manuals and walkthrough videos with your agency branding that you can share with your public stakeholder users.

Support

As your data management needs grow and change over time, we are here to help. All agencies get a package of support requests per year that can be used to request assistance from our team to update forms, add programs, adjust funding sources, change workflows, or anything else. For more complex implementations of the platform, we offer enhanced support packages that include regular, recurring check-in meetings. For large-scale implementations, enterprise support packages can be customized to include meetings with senior implementers and partners.
